Kimberly is a genuine full-time working interior decorator in her community. She sets herself a
part by offering an all-inclusive course that provides students with better service qualifications, hands-on
business interacting and exceptional curriculum. "KDI Academy guarantees 5 hands-on "true-to-life
on the job experiences" with advanced decorating services training. This 40+ hour course is the most
advanced and customized entry level training seminar in the industry!
Kimberly created a course manual that meets the stringent requirements of The Non-Profit IRIS
Organization. IRIS Approved Instructors must actively volunteer for IRIS a minimum of three years prior
to applying for instructorship, meet the highest qualifications and requirements, create their own training
manual and receive approval from the IRIS Education Committee.
Maximum of 5 students per class, for optimum with undivided personal attention and hands-on experience!
Client Interaction - With homeowners/real estate agents. You will ‘shadow’ Kimberly and experience
first-hand how to work with client's and build rapport.
