I am writing with regard to the home decorating services provided
by Kimberly DesJardins. I first met Kim 3 or so years ago. She
came to my home for the initial consultation. At that time, I was
ready to get rid of ALL my furniture and start over. I thought what
better place to start…than with a home decorator! What I did not
realize about Kim at the time was that she also does “re-design”;
meaning that she uses what you already have to give your home
or space a new look. Kim started with my living room, and with
some adjustments to the room arrangement and some additional
accessories, transformed the room. Over the past 3 years, she
has worked in almost every room of my home. Kim has also had
influence on exterior work selections.
What I love about Kim is her ability to recognize the value in items
I already own. She makes suggestions about using items from
one room, to another. When it is necessary to “spruce” things
up, she makes very wise and cost effective buying suggestions.
She even does the shopping for you! Kim really gets a feel for
you and your style and does not impose one standard design.
She makes your home unique to you and your taste.
When you hire Kim, you hire a gifted artist. She is a pleasure
to work with. She is trustworthy and a very diligent worker. I
will warn you though…once you hire her…you will want her to
do your entire home.
